All my problems fixed a few hours ago. Fileserve running smoothly for me

 

NEWS FOR ALL!
-Some downloads from yesterday are not updated. Your earnings will be updated eventually later today

-Rename, copy, delete, move and whatever you guys do with your files: Working now.

-Uploads "disappearing": Working now. Just tested by moving files via FTP and it showed up within a minute.

What else we need...? Payments? Coming out today! All approved will be paid in our mass-payment.


@ panicker: We count for downloads strictly. If you're a webmaster you can earn 5% off every premium sale you generate.

@ cadagato: If you have issues viewing your files, you should give it a try on Internet Explorer.

PS. to all doubters: We are not here for the short run. If you think we will die within a year, I'd disappoint you by saying, we will still be around.
Black and white facts: We pay out and we don't fcuk with our users (check other hosts for more info). You may think we're at a loss and will disappear within months, but you don't know how deep the pockets are. We are not a new breed of people working for this company...We're just new in this business.

 

I want to know one thing. Beeing a premium user can i host 5TB of files without problems? I´m a big uploader and love FS and i want to know if i will have storage problems in a few months.

We are not like the other posers who will tell you unlimited but then only give you 1TB of space.

 

my account balance is changing randomly also moving files between folders etc takes a long time. same thing with the remote upload

Fixed here! Can move fastly files into folders Now FTP is a bit busy because it spent around 10 mins to give me the links, but is understandable because of the lack of new servers.

@ Snooper01: No wonder then. We deal with requests only done PRIOR Sunday 11:59PM EST (FS time). Our accountants unfortunately can only attend accounts 1x a week. Busy people doing other stuff.

Why is the total earnings always more than the amount payable. Last time I requested a payout, it left about $5 dollars in the total earnings

I can fucking read. But I read it to my understanding to something else.

 

Hehe jondeate...I just read about people who still doubt us. It was ok the first 2 months of being skeptical, but the persistent bullsh*tting of people doubting us of not being able to pay our users need to walk off a cliff or find someone else/another service to taunt.

And yes..We update the Payout stat at 12AM. Why request now? You should rather save up until Sunday if you want your max payout.
