i know that parked domains can't be indexed in google but if i build backlinks to the parked domain name now, will google count them once i unpark the domain and put content on it?

I don't think that would be even advisable. Google will eventually notice that and all your backlinks may be considered as worthless as it only points to a parked domain (no content, no nothing). Why don't you just finish the website first and do all SEO after wards, better safe and sure than having to worry about rankings not getting up because you've done something that is unnatural.

Yes, the links will be counted and the domain will considered when it have contents on it!

Could you at least share your experiences on this or at least an article/news that would prove that what you say is indeed true?

google still going to recognize it as a park domain.. but if the links are permanent i think google is going to recognize it when it gets live and kickin..

How about the domain for blogspot and free webhost? It can be accepted by google or not?

most parking websites will actually ban your account for actively promoting your domains.
