I would like to know if lets say i want to upload porn samples 1 min in lenght, will i get banned ? Or am I going to get paid?

 

Banned for what? You wont but you wont earn much with 1 min samples coz it'll be low sized. better you upload big files and earn from sales ))

I don't understand very well, what they mean by "neither sanctions nor permits ". So they do not sanction but they also don't permit. Sorry but i don't know very well english.

Yes, indeed. This afternoon GMT I wasn't able to upload any file. I thereafter tried to upload to rapidshare and to use remote upload; guess what? files are still in queue.
In all this time I could have uploaded 10+ files, but I uploaded zero/0!
I earned quite some money with SM, but enough is enough; my patience isn't endless: I just created a fileserve account.

Yes i made some good money with SM in past. BUt since last few weeks , they are like Frozen Water.
I am also planning to move to fileserve

I guess I have no choice but to find a new filehost also (probably fileserve). past 3 days = 1 successful upload.

Filesonic took off in that week. today is Tueasday there is still no. A downloads is today one third of that at all.
