Buying I want to have stable VPS ~~~~~

    I want to buy VPS that have 4G ram and more than 5000 G bandwidth .....
    And VPS have Cpanel .... I have image hosting and .........
    My budget is 50 ~ 60 USD / month

    Not with cPanel/WHM on it. ;)

    Though a dedicated server is likely the better way to go as your requirements for VPS are quite high. The budget would have to come up quite a bit.

    VPS deals which sibername has provided may be good for your needs, the OP.
    They offer them a lot and prices are not high on their reliable VPS solutions.
