How much is this website worth, or how much would you pay?

Hi. I'm posting this question in this forum since its the most relavent forum I can post this thread in. I was going to post it in the Domains > Appraisals forum but this is not for a domain appraisal - no infractions please.

I was wondering how much a website is worth, or how much someone would pay for a website of mine. I'm not disclosing the URL, but I will provide the following details:

• The website is a PageRank 4.
• The website receives about 5,000 uniques daily.
• The website is a gaming site, not an arcade site.
• The site was making about $50.00 per month through an affiliate program.

Can anyone tell me how much money they'd pay or how much my site is worth judging upon my site's PageRank, traffic, and revenue?

Provided that it has stable $50 revenue, you can sell it at least $500. With 5,000 daily uniques, it should be at least $1,000.

Btw, I strongly oppose the way mods give infraction because of posting in wrong forum. Posting in wrong forum is the most common mistake, and there is no black-and-white guideline to direct all threads to appropriate forums. Never in my life have I punished my members because of this, unless they spam. You as a mod can help us by giving advice not punishment for accidental wrongdoing.

Domain name relevency? 1,2,3 words domain.
Domain name keyword content
No Adsense? Does this site violate TOS?

Very hard to say with what you provided, I would say the 12 x revenue on this but the 5000 uniques is good traffic, but again it depends on the site and source of traffic. 24 x perhaps. $1200

Could be much more or much less if all questions were answered.

 

I would say $500 to $1,000 ONLY because of the traffic. Without knowing the source of the traffic it's hard to tell..


If it's all organic, then yeah it's worth more.

Depends on the site topic, and where the site comes from as well as the bounce rate.

I've decided to put the site up for sale. It's so easy to make more money than it currently is considering I'm just relying on the main page for revenue...imagine putting ads up on visitory entry and voting pages!
