Just one advice. Loose the survey popup. It is irritant, certainly because there is no 'close' button
I rarely reply like this, but this survey requirement is so annoying that I had to post. Drop the survey, or you might as well kiss any submissions good-bye. In today's internet world, no one is going to take the time and annoyance to fill it out.
omg survey requirement? thats a little too much time to spend on one directory mate maybe introduce something like that after you have more pagerank idk..
