every one said, if you update your site, your ranking will move up, but for me doesn't happen , i daily updating on my site like posting comment ect. but my site loose ranking. my keyword is
MCA colleges in chennai, now its in 12th place, what should i do to come in 1st place.

What is the PR of that page? You have NA build links for that page as soon as you create links for the page your page will move up and my suggestion is to remove all the tags from the post as they are looking spamming to me. Also, all comments are fake, Google is way smarter than you and me.
