Selling Diesel fuel site with a big potential

The site is about diesel fuel prices. Main keyword has 4'400 exact and 14'800 board search by Google tools. Traffic is excellent, from United States and other developed countries.

For today site is 13th in Google SERP and 11th in Yahoo, but 1-2 month ago it had more good position. Last I worked on this site 3 or 4 month ago, I think… Site needs little work on its content and backlinks and revenue will rise seriously. I have new projects and can’t do it.

There are 7 different articles on 7 different keywords. The whole site is written in HTML and CSS. What about host, it is not able to stay this site on the host, which it is today. I will help to buyer to transfer it on the other host.
