Guys i'll give some more feedback shortly - i would like to mention that there will be a paragraph of text at the top before we get to the ordering information - so designs should reflect this.

With your designs - could you please try adding the following text to the top - it has to look neat - as the final design will need this.

Hi Guys,

Here’s some more feedback.

Areol – It’s looking good – sadly the top part just doesn’t work – it’s just too much – my audience is sophisticated and intelligent and they really don’t need to have things made that obvious for them. Also the coupon code box is just a bit too big and almost feels like an afterthought.

MakZF – This is good and is the sort of thing I’m after. Could you please move some of the sections around though. The Additional Information section should be at the top and called Member Information. Under this you can have the Login information, then keep the rest as is.
Also at the top where you have the last line of text “When making business and investment decisions” please can you put one more line between this and the member information section – just to give it a little bit of white space.

Bodil4o – It’s a nice design – professional looking – but again the top is just too busy – it also needs to have the coupon code box entered somewhere.

Weird contest though HTML for form and CSS code alone without any graphics could create that design, but maybe if a person is unfamiliar with dynamic HTML coding, advance CSS and some JQUERY or AJAX/PHP they would think they need a design or if they couldn't firgure out the spacing - simply I am confused why would anyone have a contest for graphic design for a coding issue, that can happen independent of code - Again Great job MakZF

I want a sleek form I can't code it it's just got to be a standard form neat with a great layout calling all coders - that way designers can spend time on design - its just to make the forum better - not to inflate or deflate your ego declaring winners - Designers need to start giving CH better feedback these uncouth contest just ruin the board - please do not PM me again - should have just answered my question leave the disrespectful smart antics out, your not the only one with a keypad - I really want to see this forum have better post and contest that make sense - Again great job MakZF congats
