This plateform must let me the choice to define the country of my target and must have belgium and swiss availaible.
Moreover, i'm looking for the possibility to limit the number of daily hit.

Friend, I'm using OpenX with regulary updated targeting database which includes not only country but cities. Works well. The OpenX itself is free. It has some payed version, but i'm using free one

 

I know that you want target visitors to your site with belgium and swiss
google adword can do this , but the price will be high
I can also give the service from expired domains

thank you for your replies but i'm looking for a way to get trafic from belgium and swiss and not a way to target only few of my visitors.

I don't know exactly the real meaming of what i think but adwords is the kind of website i'm looking for.

So i'm looking for something like Adwords with the possibility to target by country and also no mimium of buying (or less than 50€).
Could also be for incentive clic or not.
