Selling 18k+ posts webmaster forum

I purchased this site originally at AdminExtra, the entire purpose of this purchase was to flip the site, make it better, and then sell it. Now that I've done that the site is for sale.

There was another community merged with this one as well recently and the domain is included with the sale so you can continue to forward it.

About: The site started out using phpBB and a forum promotion site. The site was recently switched to invision power board products including IP.Board, IP.Content, IP.Links, IP.Gallery etc. (Screenshot included at bottom). Another webmaster/admin community was merged with the site as well. (http://admincommunity.com). The site is currently on pace for 5k+ uniques per month (according to Awstats). Current posts: 18,223. Current Members: 550.

The front page is currently using IP.Content as an article/CMS area. 90% of the articles there are unique and a few I've written are also posted on my personal blog.

Currently on average about 22+ users login per 24 hour period of time.

The site is in the middle of a contest. I will pay out the contest winner so you don't have to end it, and the contest can continue to run with no negative side-effects of canceling it.

I'm going to close this thread as I wish for no trouble. I now hold this site as the owner sold me it but I'm now wishing to re-sell for private family reasons.

 

No you are not the owner of this site, and I'm unsure why you've created this thread acting like you are.

Jack alerted me to it, and I've now alerted the mods as well as sending ownership proof that I am the only owner of this site.

Edit: And guys relax, it just ended less than 24 hours ago, and I dont spend much time on the internet on weekends. I've replied to jack first thing this morning when I woke up and logged in. that's when he alerted me to this thread, to which we are at the point now. If anyone needs proof I am the owner of the site they can browse http://community-forums.net/bsmedia.html or do a whois lookup on it. (though it maybe private) you can easily see it's still on my hosting Nameservers.

Yes ive spoken to bsmedia and i believe he is the only true owner, just waiting to hear back about 1 last question before i send over the payment.

Something needs to be done about danbassetts though
