    make a relevant video to whatever you are trying to promote, watermark the video with a URL to whatever site you're trying to promote and you will eventually get visitors from the video.

    You can make your own videos or take videos from other parts of the web and upload them to youtube with your watermarked URL.

    Yes :) you can get persons to visit your site , or say you can also get file host links aswell
