Unfortunately, when it comes to chargebacks, it's the credit card company, not PayPal, that has the final say. All PayPal does is collect the information, documentation, etc. from you, and then they pass it on to the credit card company.

    Checkout Paymate.com.

They've basically set themselves up to be the PayPal alternative. All the things that PayPal does that drive people nuts, they do the opposite.

If a customer wants to do a chargeback they won't allow it until there is a proper examination of any issue.

Also they transfer money to your account automatically in a few days instead of making you wait.

I've used them for about a year and they've been great.

You can use AlertPay for quick, easy and secure online payment operations from over 190+ countries.
Liberty Reserve is a good solution too.

Try CDGCommerce. The rates are 2.25% + $0.30.

I would recommend Liberty Reserve for payment. It has the least amount of complaints and running since 2002.

I saw their batch and there is like 100 transactions per second.

I agree! Paypal stinks! To many charges and holds. I would give google checkout a try.

While we are working hard to restore the electronic withdrawal service, in the meantime, we are bringing this matter to your attention so that you can plan your future withdrawal activities accordingly.

To request for a cheque withdrawal:
Log into your PayPal account, click on 'Withdraw'.
Click on the 'Request a cheque from PayPal' link.
Enter the withdrawal amount and select your mailing address, then click 'Continue'.
Click 'Submit' to confirm your request.
