For being a member for quite some time and having 1500+ posts, you should know the rules very well by now. This threads are just a waste of time. If you don't want to be here anymore then just leave.

Actually, not all the time, by complaining you actually sort it out, one my my threads got done for dupes, fair enough but a mod deleted it for "spamming other forum posting services crap" so i made a thread here explaining and they restored my thread. Theyre not all bad.

As for that $5 rule. I actually didnt know that. From what i understood from the from rule, only threads that sell stuff from under $5 go in there. not higher ect ect.

 

I'm kinda curious about something. On my "legal advice" thread, did any of the other members involved receive a warning for flaming or name calling? Because if what my notifications say are correct, I received 4 infractions for the same topic. I highly doubt Alexis got as much as a slap on the wrist over it.

I don't mean to sound nippy about the arguing, but that does seem rather biased to warn me and nobody else in the thread.

This isn't the way to fix your problem. Calling names is not the right thing to do. 1 infraction for something small isn't a big deal. All of the rest of us here at DP learn to live with infractions.

You are probably too confused yourself, for once you say the admins and the mods ain't managing the forum in a better way and in other way u say u will come back with a new ip? this shows how much u like the forum, and mind it the forum that you are currently browsing and experiencing is indirectly or directly due to the efforts and contributions of these people only (Admin & mods) if either one of them didn't work like they did until today the forum wouldn't have been like it is at present, so consider being lucky to browse a forum like this for free and learn to respect it's authority, if you still don't understand what I'm trying to convey you then do whatever you want.

I created a thread asking if I could sue this absolute cow who has been a problem this year. The replies about it were helpful at first, then this Alexis person started being abusive. Everybody else got Dutch Courage and followed suit. They flamed me so I flamed them back. But since they've been kissing ass here for more years than I've been posting, I was the only person warned. That, plus that Kiwi with the vendetta against aspie people thinks looking me up on Google is funny. I didn't look her up. But it's okay, because you'll never meet me to talk it over with tea and jam pieces.

 

I get infractions all the time here at DP...it's part of being a member

 

Personally, I find it degrading when everyone thinks I'm the one with the problem. I mean, I'm certainly no angel. However, all I did was ask for help when I needed it the most. And it's not even the first time something like this has happened.

A very long time ago, I made a similar thread on vBulletin. All they did was say that they have nothing to do with their customers, provided they don't go against the vBulletin license agreement. So I've been running around in circles since that time, and I probably always will. I've exhausted my chances online, and I really don't think people will see me for the really great guy that I could have been. Not now. Not after all that's went down.

As for the original post, all I can say is vote with your feet if you don't like a website. Or just live with it. I'm not gonna force you to leave with me, so the choice is yours bud.

Personally, I find the rules here at DP to be strict but I try to be civil about it lol. I would recommend spending time reading the rules.

 

Correct and the rules are there for a reason. If DP never had the rules that is has now then everything could have gotten worse. Left and right, members fighting, more scammers scamming people, spammers who just bomb posts, etc..

With that said, it is our responsibility as members to help and give contribution to our community by simply following the rules.

 

Don't take this the wrong way, sarahk, but I had to report you on StumbleUpon. Linking to my threads as you did on there is volatile and it could lead me up to more hassle. Hassle I don't really need at this point in my career.

I had to concur you were a muck about, and you probably wouldn't have deleted it without a fight. I disabled private messaging on here as well, as I didn't want to start another pointless bitch fight on here again, too.

I hope you can let this go now and don't engage with me, if you think I'm not for you and all.
