I agree, you really should have a directory category, maybe even as a main category and then something like;

-Free
-Paid
-Niche
-General

hi good template from net inventory also i like your directory very much but as you this forum is for only deciding main web directories and not for directories which are inside some other page

But lot of Submissions i am getting is like sitename.com/bla-bla/filename.html.

This is very bad. Please dont Submit the URL Pointing to Specific pages.

One more thing : subdomains are accepted aut do not try to resubmit it lot of times

Most of the Submissions are up and Few will be up by today !

These are the type of directories that make me wonder... they just put up a banner on the directory template used and say "I have a new directory" but the reality is I can't see a future for this sitre if no TLC is invested. At the very least you could try to fill in some of the template defaults.
