Yea, that works for me! I put the six pack of beer on my belly and push my belly muscles up and down. Then as my belly muscles get tired I lighten the load and pull one of the cans off and use the can I pulled off to build up my biceps as I move the can up to my mouth and tip it. Yea, that works for me really well and I always feel good about my workout every evening.
The best answer so far! How to get six pack OVERNIGHT! lol. Just be sure that you tell someone to dial 911 after you've done 200 jumping jacks and 500 situps.
The concept is simple, but putting it into action isn't simple at all. It will take dedication, time and patience to get a six pack but in the end, the effort is well worth it. To get six pack abs you need to do two things: Build muscle and lose fat and you get this by dieting and excercising daily. You can have the most toned and muscular abs but it will not show if there is a layer of fat over them.
That sounds like 24/7 work. I like the idea of a six pack on top of my fat and my belly muscles pushing that six pack (miller of coarse) up and down while I lighten the load every now and again by pulling one of the cans off. By the time I got all the fat off by excercising (fat will come back anyway after you stop excercising) I could save the $5000 for some good lipo suction. Works for me at least.
Eat less food and maybe run a little bit. Six packs aren't made by doing crunches or ab exercises, although they can improve it. You could probably get a six pack in 4-5 weeks with some interval training and decent diet control.
