Is there any free website where i can submit my article and they will submit it to 20, 30, 40+ article sites?

I think uniquearticlewizard is useful, but you have to become a member and pay...

 

If your article is well written unique article then if you submit it to one of the top article or niche article directories it will most likely will get syndicated by lot of relevant websites and it will give you the same result if not even better.

Many of my articles have been picked up by many other websites as howinfo mentioned, so it seems best to focus on quality content and submission to a few leading directories.
