Review & Check my blog PLEASE

Hi,

I am new on DP. I got adsense this week. I placed ads on my new blog. I have read adsense TOS but still i need you guys to please review my blog. How is the ads placement and also please tell me if i have gone against any adsense tos. Thanks in advance.

I like how you placed your adds, it's the classic placement for a blog: sidebars+underposts.
Anyone got any better ideas for him ?

i disagree your ad placement is terrible, you should have an ad at the top of the page, have an image ad and a 200 x200, add, u'll get more possilibites going on , good content

I'm thinking moving your ads from right to left would help.

 

i think people will click on classic blue links more often than red ones!

 

placement is good, content RUBBISH, youve ripped every article off left right and centre, a quick google shows over 50 other sites with the exact same text.
