One Question .... How do i know that i have been paid for the bonus and how much bonus i have earned ??? im confused in this thing ... please can you explain .. Thankyou ... and i didnt see payout button in my account ... so that means your paying automatically every friday ?? we dont have to request for payout ?? Thankyou

Hi !

The bonus is usually paid on Thursday and the Regular payout on Friday... So u can know which one is which

The bonus is exactly the same of what you made on Saturday + Sunday....So if u made 50$ on Saturday and 50$ on Sunday...Then your bonus is 100$!

And yes, it is automatically paid... You dont need to request the payout to receive it every Friday... You only need to request the bonus by emailing us on the promo email on Monday or Tuesday, so that we can send it on Thursday... Please let me know if you need anything else!

okz sir i got it ... one more thing the bonus is for 50$+ ??? if i earn 20$ or less on saturday and 20$ or less on sunday so will i get bonus ??? Thankyou

ANY amount is doubled...even if u earned 1$ on Saturday & Sunday, you have the right to request it

 

oh thats great.. but i guess i didnt request any bonus which passed like july 3-4 ,10-11 etc ... can i get paid now for those days ?? if yes let me know how please .. Thankyou

i received my SM support ticket [#897306] few days ago but there are no people contact me at all and no people answer me regards to my complaint, i want to request weekend payout on 17-18 july but my earning for 17 july still not fixed yet.


as you promised in previous pages "will be paid to you+ EXTRA", sales-matrix, please help me to solve the problem. i dont want EXTRA, i just want my actual earning.
btw, i received my last week payment already, thanks.
seem like my missing earning is not counted....

Something wrong with the Statistics again.
Three file I upload yestoday only two downloads until now, it is really unusual.
Is that because the system counting too slow or it is fail again just like last saturday?

Try FTP uploading. Core FTP Lite is a great free program you can use for that.

 

Rename the file you uploading and try again. it will work )

 

I would also like to know that. I requested last Monday all "past" bonus but received only the corresponding week bonus. There are only a few bucks, but still I would like to receive them.
