My all time favorite is google sitemap. I can live without most of the others but no Wordpress install without the required sitemap
Another useless post. If you don't have something useful to add, don't. On the subject of plugins, what about, is Amazon plugins? Anyone know what they are and any other useful ones?
My stock standards I have used on every single website I do are headspace, google xml sitemaps and askimet. Here are some ones that are quite specific but I like them nonetheless... Nextgen gallery for image galleries; featured content gallery for a nice simple slider; TDO miniforms for users to add content.
Yes...I was originally an All in One SEO user, but it conflicted with another plugin so I discovered headspace. Headspace offers simple seo in each page (title and description) which is really all you need...And it offers a huge range of other options like google analytics code embed, webmaster tools (and bing and yahoo) authentication, default seo options and so much more other stuff that I never even use. It's my main seo plugin now.
I'm surprised that so many people seem to use All in One still...I found Headspace much more user friendly, has more options and is less likely to clash with other plugins. Maybe it's not promoted as well???
wp db backup plugin is a must IMO because we need to take auto backup of mysql database every week at least using it for our own safety. DON.
