do traffic from traffic exchanges is good for seo?

if i generate traffic from traffic exchange sites,
what will the effect of this traffic on my seo?
is it good or bad for seo.
Please help and guide me.

most traffic exchange schemes generally yield very poor conversion

sure you'll up your traffic stats, but it doesn't do you any good if the traffic is sent there solely for traffic exchange purpose only

i would suggest you invest in other methods

and no, traffic exchanges in no way impact SEO since it has nothing to do with search engines interpretation of your website
