Hi there, trying to get an urgent appraisal on the following site.

I'm not keen on giving away the name of the site, but here are as many details as I can give.

Its a two part word.
Its separated by a hyphen.
It is an adult link.
The other website (same words but without hypen) is number 1 in google out of 24,000,000 results and has an alexa rank of under 100k
The exact two words gets millions of searches a month.
The website is 15yrs old.
Based on these facts (the site itself has negliable traffic (alexa rank of 14,000,000) and no real history.
Great words.



Based on these facts, what would you say the website is worth?

Surely has to be worth more than 10$

Thats because the links given to you check for site stats including traffic, backlinks, PR, etc etc.. If you just have a domain it probably will give a diff estimate to what you hope though its worth noting they cant really tell you how much a site is worth... alot is going to be based on income and traffic which in your case will be 0. Hence why you should get a domain apprasial instead from somewhere like sedo.com
