i only write fast when i want to race time but usually my technique is put done all the ideas on the internet write about 200 words from my own knowledge get 2 or 3 articles read them as well to get more info then summarize the three into one by using what i understood

Remember, your mind mover much faster, and your fingers shall never be able to keep pace with it. If you do try to, the result will be gibberish.
