I just drink coffee for breakfast. It's a bad habit I know, but that happens for years and now become a part of my life.
Sometimes I don't eat breakfast because the meals prepared sucks. So I only go to the supermarket and eat a delicious veggie beef sandwich called "SHAWARMA" and a bottle of Coca-Cola. But when the meal is corned beef/crispy chicken, with sunny side up eggs and rice, it's fine with me and I could add a cup of coffee too.
i remember my first breakfast in morning was i took some sandwiches and team with some eggs and lots of mil then we eat fried chicken and that's it.
I usually do a meal-replacement shake as whole foods don't generally sit well with me in the morning since my metabolism takes a little while to get going. For my second breakfast I'll usually have eggs or a sandwich.
I usually go for hotdog and egg with a cup of coffee. I can't go without a coffee though since I tend to sleep during my first 2 hours in the morning if I don't.
i like milk too. i always consume it every morning and a bowl of fried rice that cooked by my mom, you have to taste it.. it was so delicious
If my mom is not home, I just drink tea with a bun or biscuits. When she's home, then sometimes she makes an omlet or something. I'm lazy so I don't like making something to eat myself
