    I use and would recommend SEO Quake. It works well and does what it says on the tin.

    AddThis is my fav plugin for firefox. it let me handle all my social communities icons in toolbar...bookmarking is very easy...just a click can do the job

    i work with SEO Quake, it has alot of options, and PR google backlinks, yahoo backlinks, site age etc tec can be viewed at the top bar. very easy to use.

    Two things I thing deserve props:

    Quix by Yoast (awesome, customizable, and very handy on day-to-day basis)
    WordStream SEO for Firefox (like it! especially when creating SEO-friendly content for WP)

    Besides those two, something like SEO Book's SEO for Firefox or SEO Quake is what you want.

    SEO for firefox and SEOQuake will take my vote. I often use RankChecker for quickly checking ranks.

    I think rank checker from SEObook.com is the best SEO plug-in for Firefox. It shows your keyword ranking for Google,Yahoo and MSN.The other tool I link is Alexa Tool bar which shows traffic rank to any website
