@ ing_pacz its simple yet nice and attractive. plus, u manage to keep some old elements in it. great choice of colors. i've seen a similar design like yours(round logo and same colors), but his color placement is good. great work..
the color is fine. i mean the placement of the color. for example, your current background color is blue and red. maybe you can use white as background. i dont specify any color to be placed to a specific place (such as background should be white). its up to you guys as long as its nice. as of yours, i've seen a similar logo but with different color placement and it's nice.

@ing_pacz sorry for the confusion, i like this one better because you colored the 'M' logo. but can u stick with the background white. corporate logo shouldn't have colored backgorund

@skylexa if u ask me to choose 1st or 2nd logo, i'll choose the 1st one. but, i dont think both logos are attractive.
