Buying WTB: Top 3 SERPs - Currently at #5 / #6 - Ongoing work for right person

Ive seen alot of people on here offer a service of reaching page 1 of google (Top 10 results) but am wondering if anyone can provide a top 3 ranking service?

Im already ranking 5th & 6th for most my targetted keywords though am looking at improving this ideally into the top 3.

Im looking at paying ONCE results are met due too certain members promising services and not delivering. I can either pay PER keyword, or for the whole project (4-5 keywords)

If you feel you can offer this please let me know what services you provide etc and maybe some past experiences showing what youve managed to rank.

I have done some work with monfis and for him as well.
