what do you mean by it will only be sold once? surely you can't sell it to more than one person. And you can stop the buyer re-selling it. I'm confused.

Many times myself and other sellers will sell a certain amount, say 5 or 10 copies of the same website, so yes this is possible. For this reason, I have stated in the auction that this site is only being sold once.

In those instances where a number of copied are being sold the domain name is not included--buyersust purchase their own domain name. That is not the case here.

Also, I am not restricting what rights the buyer has after purchase. If he or she wishes to sell this site at some point, that is their choice and right.
