I purchased this expiring domain and it has held the PR6 ranking, I have set up an autoblog that is joined to a twitter account with the same name, the site will auto twitter all new posts as tweets.
I have installed a premium wordpress theme and the site just needs some backlinking work.
This site could even be used for some valuable PR6 links.

I forgot to say that I did a 50'000 blog blast yesterday so you should start seeing lots of backlinks appear over the next month (I normally get around a 30-50% stick rate which will get around 15'000 back links, they normally start appearing gradually over a few weeks as blog owners approve them)

Most of those page rank checkers won't pick up the fake PR, so the link you gave is worthless. But try http://fakeprchecker.com and you'll see this:


Anyone with a Google toolbar can check the PR for themselves, or just go here or here. It is clear your website derives its page rank from cbs4denver.com via a 301 / 302 redirect.

I just did some checks and fakeprchecker.com is showing EVERY website I enter as forged PR including websites that I have owned for over 10 years.

Please ignore kokopelli's comments the pagerank checker he is using is not working and he sells domains.

 

I suggest you check some of your OWN sites at fakeprchecker.com because it shows EVERYTHING as fake.

Yes, fakeprchecker.com sucks, it was a bad choice for an example (this just shows why I stopped using these "page rank checker" websites), but just use Google itself, and you'll see the page rank is fake.

Not sure what this is supposed to imply ... that because I sell domains/websites from time-to-time I have a hidden agenda? Maybe to attack other sellers and make them look bad, so I can sell more of my own stuff? That would be funny, if it wasn't so ludicrous ... No, it's only when I see a blatant attempt at fraud, like this thread, that I will attempt to warn potential buyers (BTW I'm a buyer myself, have bought many domains/websites here). I think my record here on DP (I'm member # 111, since 2004, with over 320 positive 100% feedback FYI) speaks for itself and your attempt at a personal attack on me (to distract from your fake site and sale) sucks.

 

I have done some checks and my bid still stands plus my google tool bar is showing pagerank as valid (that will do for me).
