Safety of usage Search Engines Submission Scripts on website

I plan to install on my site Search Engines Submission Script. For example: http://www.urlsubmitscript.com/
As far as I know Google can detect the presence of automatic submission scripts. It's also important that it has a negative attitude towards them.
How dangerous is it for site? Especially if such a script on the site will be actively used by all interested persons.

P.S. At the same time, many sites with a considerable attendance have such free service. How do they manage to avoid the negative consequences?

I don't think google would penalize you for having the script on your site, but only if you used the script to continually submit your site to google.

nonsense... google wont penalize you for having such a script. its just like what joshvelco said. aslong as you dont spam google its all fine.

and if you really want to be sure, run the script in a iframe, google cant read those

That's the point - "aslong as you dont spam google its all fine". When script began to work - there will be a lot of requests to Google. Very quickly Google will nderstand that so many requests come from one IP. And then he will take actions...
