I don't know if I'm alone here, but it's very frustrating to not be paid on time. I was supposed to be paid on the 5th, and I haven't received anything to my Paypal account nor have I received an email stating it would be delayed to my inbox. I sent emails to them prior to the 5th asking when it would be sent, how it would be sent, how much I'd be receiving etc., and that was about 2 weeks ago - nothing. I've added them on Skype and AIM and they're never online. Not sure if the amount is relevant but it's about $700. What should I do? Thanks.
2 weeks is late enough in being paid to chase them up imo, you say you added them to IM and emailed them prior, so if you havent emailed them after your payment was due then I would do so, they also have contact numbers if you can phone via Skype or something
I heard that lots of people are complaining about VCommission, stating that they are a scam. They can explain many reasons of the delayed payments, but actually they are just laughing and taking a shower with full loads of dollars in the bathtub. VCommission can laugh all the time on the complaints they received, they love to scam members and soon they will ran away with the money from the hard efforts of their affiliates and advertisers. It's a lesson for you buddy. Stay away from this scammer.
Benji, As I see, your payment for $691.62 is queued in our system and will be sent out asap via PayPal. I apologize for the delay! We work Indian time and I see that you're in UK so time difference shouldn't be a problem at all. Your affiliate manager Pulkit and myself are always online on Skype and AIM. Let me know if you want any further info. My contact info is also there in my signature, if you need to contact me for anything!
Mate let me know if he really paid you as an affiliate. VCommission, I am a member too but I am tempted by lots of complaints from different blogs and websites that you are a possible scam? Can you please explain to us why you always delay payments from dedicated affiliates?
Certainly I will! Honestly, this company does seem pretty legitimate though, if a little sloppy about deadlines. Here's hoping.
In this case, we are currently waiting on payment for May from our advertisers. We expect to have these in shortly and will send the payments as soon as we have it. We do not "always" delay payments!!
You're awaiting for payments from advertisers? What if they do not pay? And it might have been in your best interest to have sent an email to all affiliates stating that payments would be later than usual. Newbies like me get very suspicious.
Still no payment, hoping it's just because of the weekend. I hope I don't fall under this: . vCommission does not guarantee payment to the Publisher if the Advertiser does not pay vCommission.
Reasons. Reasons. Reasons. Not only vCommission would be called a scammer if the advertisers won't pay them, the advertiser themselves will be called as the "real scammers" of the affiliate industry. I'll keep updated until you are paid or not.........
Don't stick with just vCommission and wait for your payment. You have to take action and try another program. I joined other legitimate CPA programs that would make me money and pay me honestly for good. Try to expand your affiliate marketing to other legitimate networks as well.
Oh I'm already with another affiliate company now, but I'm going to chase this money for a long long time. I was promised I'd be paid this week as the advertisers have confirmed payment. No payment as of 17th July - so just a warning to anyone else on this forum who might be thinking of joining VCommission.
So that means they really pay, right? But why British pounds since they are based on India? And why is it that you covered the Buyer e-mail, Payment sent and Customer Service e-mail?
They really pay and it's in GBP because I'm from the UK. I covered the emails as I don't particularly want my email to be public and the money was from a personal account of one of the VCommission staff.
I got my first check from vcommission and it got cleared today. When I checked my account, I noticed that I had selected "Paypal" as my payment method. I wonder why they sent me an INR cheque ! Anyone else faced this issue?
Sachin, due to taxation laws in India (RBI guidelines), we are unable to pay Indians via PayPal for now. We can, however, pay you via Bank Transfer next month on, just fill in the NEFT details in your account and you'll get the money right in your bank account Let me know if you need anything else.
