Just my 2c, but there is only one reason (read 'person') why this particular forum has descended so rapidly. Once someone starts name calling explicitly, it's over. However many 'little green blips' you have.

It's your absolute right to disagree with someone's posts, no matter how long they have been here. But if someone attacks you personally, and the mods do nothing about it, *it's your absolute right to defend yourself*.

Yes do get pulled. You can pull your own post in 24 hours or it too offensive, it can be pulled by a mod. There is a certain person here, we as know. Who likes to take jabs, wait for a response and pull his post before someone hit the triangle tab.

that statement is absolutely true. This happens very often when the buyer is a clickbank seller. I do not know the stats, but know it is amazing. Maybe someone can given them. "How to build a Chicken Coop," made the writer extremely wealthy. Plus he stole all the email addresses of the buyers to sell them additional products at 100% profit. Most click bank sellers are only trying to-get-rich quick, and whatever the topic, no boring, that is what they want. Quality goes to the wayside, if favor of the lowest bidders.

A few months ago, I started doing freelance writing because I've been told I'm pretty good at it.

It's turned into "a job," unfortunately. The fact is, I *have* to dig up new leads and new clients, because most of the ones I find just want cheap, one-off jobs (even if they seem to like my work). I need to keep my lights on, my water running, and food on my table.

Do you ever find yourself searching through leads, feeling a sickly dread rising in your stomach because of a slow spell? Do you ever wonder why we work, and work, and work, just so we can survive, and work some more? It all seems so very pointless...

I think this is why I bought a shotgun for my home's defense - I can't reach the trigger if it's pointed at me, and I'm too lazy to rig up some Rube Goldberg stuff.

 

I write because writing is my passion and i love it.
Writing keeps me busy, gives me a positive attitude and much much more.
So if I get paid just for enjoying what I love to do, It's great

 

May I ask where you go looking for leads?
