it seems that the service is a scam...they emailed me after my Geek purchase (159$) and they told me "You will receive your first updates by 14-10-2010 via email." I've emailed them on 20 Oct (3 days ago), asking them about my report and what's going on and no response so far. I'm affraid this is not a serious service, I will wait until monday then proceed with the scam reports.
