Maybe I just do not know what the heck I am doing, but I have been optimizing and sending traffic for awhile now. I just can't seem to make a profit on adsense. Or at least a staedy income. whether it be $5 or $500.!!!
    Anyone know the tricks??

I try to. I have been told by "gurus" to keep the adsense ads to minimum, but even when my site had alot of adsense ads, I could not increase my CTR.

Adsense mainly depends on clicks though much traffic will bring a site some clicks.

where does your traffic come from? aspire for organic traffic since they are targeted and the conversion is much higher. Your CTR will be higher if targeted traffic comes to your site, and yes, get a LOT of targeted traffic to get higher income.

Adsense won't get you income for just sending traffic or impressions. They only make your earn money when the visitors clicks on ads. CPM is given on rare ads..

Adsense never ensures steady income. It depends on clicks not on traffic. Build more traffic and it will generate more clicks so more income.

I don't like the layout of your blog. Or the colors. Your main content is lost in a jumble of other boxes.....keep it simpler.

You want targeted traffic for a start. Do not use too many ads on the page as this just devalues any clicks you do get.

Well, you have put a very small banner of adsense that too way down. You need to put it up. Also a bigger banner would do good.

off topic but just wanted to point out you have not included your CB ref code for your bloggingtothebank banner

...now, regarding your Adsense, for starters your layout could use a major overhaul, the colors are not pleasent at all and plus when the so called 'experts' told you to keep your Adsense ads to a minimum I doubt they meant that much with one tiny little box that hardly anyone will see or pay attention to plus it's not in the greatest location
