So, I've decided to actually sell for good my precious baby that i have been working on for years now.

Well, i used to work on it alot, but in the past year or so i barely touch it since im too busy with real jobs and things like that.

I need to just let it go, and allow someone else to make it grow further.

A year or so ago i tried to sell the site on DP, but the guy who kinda bought it tried to sell it again soon after, so i just gave him his money back ,and took back control of the site, He didn't change or do anything to it.

Since then I got rid of the old site, and moved the site to wordpress for easy content publishing (which is why the old posts no longer exist), I created the original CUSTOM theme on the site, and it works pretty good with wordpress. Like i said, content is so easily published. Buyer will get wordpress database, along with full complete rights to the theme, including PSD's.

Forums - I been real busy with work the past few years, and got tired of spam on the forum so last year sometime i closed the forums. I recently upgraded the forums to ipb 3, and reoped them, but have yet to email any members, which is why no one is active there right now. Im sure one email would get members coming by to check out the site. The buyer will get the forums AS IS, including database, But IPB forum license will not be provided. So you'll need to get that. Forum will work without one, but to be legit you may want to look into it.

The damnidunno brand is completely brandable, and is very attractive and eye catching, specially to young adults and teenagers. i use it as a word play of "damn i dont know", which means the site can be about almost anything. I used it for a weird random type site.

PSD's for the theme, and wordpress mysql database.

forums - get the forums as is, along with forum database, but no IPB license will be provided.

Site is sold as is.

this is a great attractive site, with an original style theme, and can be used for ANYTHING. All ready to go.
it probably wouldnt be very hard for anyone to get the site moving and active again, including the forums.

Oh yeah, i recently disabled comments on made site and link to forum topics for members to comment in the forum, but comments on wordpress itself can be easily renabled.

honestly, no.
As much as I think its worth, i know others wont pay. Just looking for the highest offer, so i can get it sold as soon as possible.

i don't have any stats, but they probably arent high right now, but like i said in the original post, this site would be super easy to get up and going again.

As i already responded to a similar question 2 posts before yours, and spoke about this in the original post.

there is moderate traffic, but i hadn't been updating the site in a while so the traffic died. As with the forums.

actually i do have some minor stats for the month of June.

Now these arent 100% accurate, I used a system called Piwik, and anyone who uses analytics services know that they are never completely accurate.
