btw, among the numerous SM oddities, there's one I still can't get :
how come we get some : "Country (Paid Downloads): no" in our stats when SM claims everywhere "Pay-per-download for ALL countries".

I tried downloading a few times as a free users and I have NO problem whatsoever ! The downloads in the stats was a bug and has nothing to do with people not being able to download!

Can you please confirm that you still cant download?

Everything will be resolved very soon with Filesonic... EVERY download that you miss will be paid to you+ EXTRA as a way to say sorry... We found the problem and fixed it... But we havent refunded your accounts yet...

What exactly are you going to do about the problem Friday Night/Saturday that people were not able to download anything from your site? Normally I make 2.50-4.00 per day and I made exactly 0.08 cents yesterday.... and not only myself, but many people reported it. I sent you a PM, you ignored it, we posted on this board you ignored it, only answering the ones that you have any easy answer for....

You had a serious problem with your site, you should have the guts to actually admit it and not sluff it off. When the people that are actually uploading the files and bringing you your customers say they have a problem you should probably take them serious, otherwise they will go elsewhere and tell everyone else about their experience....

lol, open a dictionnary and look at "AVERAGE". you can't target one country on internet you know
also , reality check for you, since I joined 11 days ago :
my download points : 2246 / my counted points : 1351 / dols : 11$23
11.23*1000/2246= ... 5 dols. get it now ? that's AVERAGE & that's CONCRETE
and the uberlarge majority of my downloaded files are >100 mb...

wut ? what download plan are you talking about ? I have the standard pay-per-download and I saw this message in my stats many many times...

 

you can't target ONE country... Please read what I said " HIGHLY paid countries" , which is PLURAL... so example, you can target USA, UK , Canada, Germany etc and get that average
