I need a site cloned. Who wants to do it for me :-)

    Well not the design of the site but i need someone to make me a website with the EXACT same features of it. Please ONLY people who are serious about this PM me for the URL of the website that i need cloned.

    It needs to be designed with php. I need someone who has skills to do this. NO NOOBS. I have 250 dollars to spend but if i accept your offer to make the site, i will pay a 100 dollar down payment and then i will pay you the next 150 when the site is finished.

    I know but theres some scripts people have that are unique and one decides to make something similar its not unique anymore ^^
