    I need yours help.
What`s happend if I just received money from a guy who used a stolen account to pay me ? I think that the real owner of account will make chargeback. The problem is that already ask for transfer in my bank account. The Paypal will get the money from my bank ?

Iif you have withdrawn the money to your bank, there's nothing paypal can do to recover it.
However, they will ask for the transaction details from you for the amount. Failure to corroborate that may leave you open to penalties

Just out of curiosity, how did you know about the account status?

"that someone SENT me alot of money " Sorry for my previous mistake.
About the transaction now. I just was contacted by the real owner of the account and him told me about that. He told me that will ask a chargeback. I dont want to refund any money because is not my fault about his account and also me gave him few scripts.

Well, justify your position to Paypal once the dispute arrives and corroborate it with mail/IM or web transcripts of the transaction.

    Good luck

Well, if they chargeback the money to the other person and you haven't got the money in your paypal then you will find you will have a negative balance and paypal will keep sending you reminders to add funds to your account to pay it off.

The problem is what`s happend if I prove that I sent the scripts by email and Paypal will ask me to return the money and I will not want ? Frozen my account...ok... but next ??? Who will pay the money back to the real owner of PP account? Because is not my fault to pay ... The PP was a US PP account with confirmed adress. So....Anyone had a similar problem on PP ?

Worst case scenario? Client commence litigation to recover the sum - but that's highly unlikely for $600+.

Just explain what happened to paypal, and they will overlook it.

The amount it`s over $3000. Previous payment we discuss on the emails and the email adress is the same with the PP. So , the person who stolen the PP account , stolen and the email because ( I guess ) the guy used the same password. Or....the guy want to scare me and tryed to get the money back. Finally, it is my fault that his account was stolen? PayPal is to blame for that could not prevent a fraud before it happens. If their security system can not prevent it, why give me money back? I never cheated anybody anything. I could not make the police and check the person.

Your account will go into negative balance and if you do not cover up that money, then paypal may hold your " money sent" transactions to recover that negative balance.

I think Paypal Can not do anything about charging you bank account .
But I think this is also depend on how much you recieved money in your account.

Dost Oldegold of the nicest in the expression of all who responded here and tried to help me. However money is not gonna give them me back and I will not use any of my Paypal account anyway. The only problem I found is not from the PP to beat me at my door and ask for money.

Call paypal and explain the situation to them. Sometimes youll get lucky and be alright, other times theyll lock your account for 180 days(6 months).
