1) I disagree with you that this thread was pointless, many people learned from my mistakes and learned that it's possible to succeed, if you approach it smarter than I did; so how is it pointless? 2) But you are right, there's no such thing as failed, unless you didn't learn anything from it; and I did analyze the thread and what people were saying, that's why I refined my techniques and building websites with many backlinks. 3) My income is doing fine, I've found some nice SEO tools that have me ranking in the top for keywords that have pretty good search amount and over 2 million competitors; which was kind of unexpected. And I'm happy especially because now it's long term income and traffic, and it's increasing every day.
wow 20 articles per day I know it doesn't sound like a lot but after a while you will be so bored! I'm slowing down because it's hard to keep up the writing process with as much motivation as when I started haha. Good luck though! I know plenty of people with success doing exactly what you are doing.
At least if some people would take action and write 20 articles a day > at least for 30 days... However (and it's not only my opinion) most people here seemingly think that the whole IM is a joke .. Sadly guys, it is just like any other business, and you won't make a living of it until you "SWEAT" your arse off
This damn thread is never going to die.... 3 months after the OP himself declared it dead we still have people coming here making stupid comments like this: and this: Apparently it's too hard for people to actually read threads before leaving a comment. What a novel concept, I know....
I enjoy article marketing, I've had pretty good results but I never write more than 4 or 5 articles in a day. I target keywords that get me pretty good search results and gear my articles towards buyers. It's all about how you write your articles not how many articles you produce.
i really liked this whole thread. this guy is typical of a lot of people just trying to figure stuff out. and i like that he has shared that it's about building websites and backlinks, which is what everyone knows. but it's nice to see he tried the ezine thing. it lets other people know what not to do.
To the OP, if you haven't already realized, it's going to take more than just submitting 20 articles a day to make this work. But it is start. 20 articles x 50 directory submissions......everyday? Not sure you can get them approved fast enough. Article marketing is a great entry point for beginning internet marketers, but it's just the beginning. If all we did was article marketing we'd all be bored (and burnt) out our minds.
old but Gold! good for new members who were not here in this forum last year! just like me pretty good information on this thread about article marketing, but it is scattered on various pages of this thread!
That's a very good start and you learn the hard way...once you learn the hard way and how things are going than you will understand how much is your article worth for you.. What I want to say is use some tracking system to you can see the stats which one is converting you and which one is not converting you.. I believe submitting 5 article per day is enough cause do not depend on one marketing technique as you know there lot of marketing available to do.. So do in this way submit 5 article and do others marketing as well... pick 3 or 5 marketing technique and implement everyday and I am sure it will work for you.. I hope this helps.. Thanks Alam
Hi, Article marketing can be very boring to me anyway. That is how I started in Internet marketing and I followed that model for over a year and it can burn you out quickly. Anyway, it can be good for short term money but you need to move on to outsourcing it so you can spend your time finding other ways to make money. Shannon
