My metrics and stats have stopped updating since 8pm last night.. I have sent a PM to the SM support guy on this board.. Hope to have some resolution soon...

Basically it shows as zero since then and yet on all the download sites I can see a lot of activity for those links.... Something is definitely broken...


Update:
The issue is that all the files list as 'Temporarily unavailable' and then it goes into a 5:00 minute loop of retrying....

 

welcome to the already crowded breakf... broken club now let's see if that magical urgent ticket changes something...

 

I was sort of hoping for those 'hundred new servers' to get installed and online soon.... They are getting too much traffic to handle....

I have the same problem, None of my stats counted for today.

Already sent you my ID.

Also SM Site is so slow, its not even useable.

 

pm is allready out at 04:10

 

When I try to download any file, it says "Sorry, free users may only download 1 file at a time. Stop waiting in between files!"
It doesn't make sense since I have no downloads going on and I don't have shared IP.

If it's not just me, that would explain low downloads in the statistics

These people should hire the team of RS....their system is 10000000times better than these people...im fed up sending them mails and sending pm to the sales people

24 hours later in the fiasco, no change. most of files are either non-downloadable/or not counted. and we're still left with your almost cult "IF there's something wrong"... Asking members to PM you one by one is plain ridiculous you know...
Apart from moderately screwing the uploaders, not sure if you measure how SM becomes a laughstock on some boards.
I'd say it's much more damageable to your reputation than the few dols we currently miss a day...

if you need 1 or two days offline to get things straight, just do it and announce things CLEARLY on the site rather than these completely meaningless "if / when / maybe / rest assured / I don't understand / I'll look right now / I'm travelling / I ask someone" etc...
