I s there any tool available which can check if any website is counted by search engine as spam website.

Hi, try to type it in Google,

site:yourwebsite.com

then If your site doesn't exist on Google index that means you're sandboxed by Google.

 

you can also use google webmaster to check your website status

 

you can also go to the SEO Hosting website and under "SEO Tools" use the banned domain checker.

 

I think you can also check from the webmaster tool.

 

I will Check from Google Webmaster tool .Moreover I think that your site is also removed from Search Engine index if your website tends to be Search Engine Spam.
