Where to hire phone support?

Hi, i'm starting a business and I need phone support. I'm wonder if you guys know any sites/companies that you can hire to do phone support for me.

I know a couple private firms that do good work but it depends on your needs and volume (which may be small at first I could assume). If you can share more about what you need that would help me understand your needs and if there's a fit I can talk to my contacts.

 

Another thing to look at (in a price prospective) is are you looking for local companies, or outsourced companies far away?

 

It's a retail website, it's pretty simple. Just answer typical questions and check if their order have been confirmed. I think that this will be a large scale job, with alot of calls. If you know something that would match this, then i'd be very thankful if you could guide me to a firm.

Where they are located doesen't matter for me, as long as they can speak good english.

 

most companies that do phone support and are located in a primarily non-english speaking country have pretty bad english speaking customer support reps. Outsourcing to a different country would be much cheaper but the quality is also much lower. They get the job done right but it might not be as high of quality as you like.

 

It's definitely a cheaper way to go, like I said...

What are you looking for? Full time people, or someone in a call center? That is something else to look at.

 

do a search on "virtual assistant" onshore or offshore.. plenty of them to choose from

 

get a hold of some smaller philippine call centers.

Place a task on elance, and this should pretty much help. But, remember to qualify these people because theres loads of them wanting the gig.

The question then becomes, how do I go about qualifying people?

If you wish to save cost, you can try for philipinnes or vietnam phone support services.
While they are good in english as well.

 

Try searching on Craiglist, Philippines can give you full customer support with great solutions of course on a reasonable price
