Site content are not unique, I posted just for the sake of it.. im lazy, so if the new owner just puts a little extra effort on content you can easily double the revenue.

Site is on regestered and hosted with GoDaddy shared delux hosting 6.99 USD/month

This site looks good when you see the screenshots, but making $300 a month in 2 months? Why are you selling this site? and why is not everyone duplicing this site? Anyone who has a high trader have an oppinion on this one?

 

There is nothing unique in this nor there is anything unique in internet. You can find hundreds of similar sites on every concept. Site made 333 in June and has made 397 this month (in 15 days)

Each and every Adsense report and Google Analytics report is attached, the reason I'm selling is I need to meet some time bound financial need.

The reason the site is receiving such high traffic and making some good adsense money, is because its a source for Google News.

 

Ya how much time we need to maintain per day basis?

 

You would need 15 min to half hour every day to make a new post.

I am just not sure about the averages. Over July 15 days it shows an average of 8.65 and I assumed this would be per day. Is this photo-shopped or legit?

Can someone with highish iTrader answer this as I am keen on the website but a little hesitant.

Yep this site is too fishy, anyways it was sold in flippa in one day, so hopefully that buyer is not ripped off.
