During the week when I have time for breakfast, I usually eat oatmeal, a fruit, and some orange juice or coffee. On the weekends I like to have a hearty breakfast. Sometimes it will be either a breakfast burrito or eggs, sausage, and pancakes. This morning I had some banana macadamia nut pancakes with some sausage and scrambled eggs and coffee. It was delicious.
