    What has helped me on this subject was to simply to study other peoples work, that are in the first 3 top spots in Google search. When you look at Google's cache of the page, their keywords are high-lighted making it easy to count for a given keyword.

    Before writing anything make sure you had a KEYWORD NICHE RESEARCH. The next thing that happens is that this will help you already in Optimizing your niche. It does not matter if the article is short
    but it should be precised then the result is of good density,
