Selling Established Finance / Loans / Money blog with unique content & premiuim theme

I dont want to but have to part with some of my sites (am also selling some directories, a poker site, a music site, Mesothelioma cancer site, PHP scripts site, NBA site, travel site, plus others).

It is on an established aged domain with almost 4 years on the web, 229 indexed pages, MOZ rank of 4 (http://www.seomoz.org/), over 1500 inbound links - http://websitegrader.com/site/www.loan-pay-day.info for more details.

It is wordpress based site running on a licenced Solostream WP-Chatter 1.0 premiuim theme [$79 value] that alows for easy running to anybody using the friendly admin panel to add more content, photos, links, ads etc. http://www.solostream.com/wordpress-themes/wordpress-theme-wp-chatter-10/

I had 2 text links sold for the site, for $6 month but both have expired because the owner no longer has the sites they were advertising. Since adding a google channel for the site in Jan. the site has earned about $40 from google ads (http://www.loan-pay-day.info/temp/google-ads-rev-jan-july-2010-loans.jpg). Have tried CJ.com ads but they have never seemed to make any money.

So up till last month the site was making just over $15 a month give er take as goolgle ads go up and down from time to time, best bet was from selling blog posts for $10.

Alexa rank is still not that great (2,920,549) but it's Alexa Canada rank is 77375 - http://www.alexa.com/siteinfo/loan-pay-day.info and the site has done better since I converted it to Wordpress last xmas, http://www.loan-pay-day.info/temp/google-web-master-tools-1.jpg

payments via paypal only and I have always leave good itrader feedback for all my transactions.

Looking for quick sale but set a low reserve since the site does have some value [theme alone was $79] and if it does not sell here then I will try other web sites. BIN set to $180 due to a potential $15 a month income based on the past 6 months - reserve price is way lower then that ...
