I take multi vits also but no training specific supplements. If you are going to take training supplements, first analyse your diet and training goals. Then you can make sure you get the right supplements for your needs. Eg, if you are trying to lose weight, high protein high carb powers are not going to be useful for you.
Whey Protein. You need fast digesting protein in your body straight after a workout - this is the only way to go. Also, saves me eating 15 cans of tuna every day.
