Cant say much for his partner in the second pic (I'm not a fan of ahmendenajad)... but the girl he's with in the first shot is pretty slick. [Not sure Texan translates well into Arabic or Farsi, but it's meant as a compliment.]

As far as losing the VP job for not toeing an extremist line... though politicians hate the thought of leaving office, there are a LOT worse things than ceasing to be involved in politics. He oughta consider it a blessing.

No Hijab?

 

according to our law women have to had hijab in public areas. in fact women here have two or three different type of appearance depend on where they are. just last month a woman who work in our TV station lost her job because it reveal she had so easy cloth in a party and danced that is nomal for every body here but who work in a governmental TV station have to be care. but Hedieh hasn't much problem because she hasn't a governmental job.

 

Funny. Some people in the US want everyone to work for the government.
