A client of mine sent me 910GBP from UK, paypal held that payment asked me some details. I provided those details. From the other side, client also gave the required details. but paypal, without any intimation, reversed the payment. What to do now?
Call up Paypal and ask for clarification. It is the best way to know the exact reason. Regards, RightMan
There is something wrong in that transaction. Please ask the sender if he had mistakenly did not authorize the transaction...
You need to contact paypal through phone call first and then contact your client to sort out this problem. DON.
Contact your client, accomplish personally with your client so he would send back to your apypal account.
Call up paypal and ask them the reason of reversal the payment. Are you sure your client is genuine and he did not charged you back? Because 90% of reversal cases are because client claims that transaction is unauthorized.
Ask your client if he got his money back in his account and use another money transfer method, paypal really creates problem sometimes. But you can call them and ask them the reason
