what directory submitter software you use?

    I've seen couple of directory submitter before, but i cant find them any more.

    Which is the best directory submitter out there that gives more user friendly and seo friendly directories with good pr ranking?

    I think there have some submitting softwares because everyday my directory is full of spam.
